Do not bring any firearms into our classroom!

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

If you don't own a firearm yet, no problem! We will provide all firearms and ammunition for you to practice and qualify with. You are not required to bring your own or pay extra to use ours.

We WILL recommend that if you will be carrying/concealing a firearm that you are not very familiar with, bring it to the firing range portion of our class and our instructor(s) will be more than happy to familiarize you with it.

If you bring your own firearm to qualify with, bring your own qualityfactorymanufactured ammunition (this could help minumize discharge problems).

By law, you are required to demonstrate; the safe loading, unloading and firing of a revolver and semi-automatic firearms (50 rounds each). If you dont own one or either of these, dont worry about it. You can use ours!

As of 8/28/2011, all Missouri students are required to test with 20 rounds with a revolver and semi-automatic pistols and hit the silhouette portion of a B-27 target with at least 15 of the 20 rounds of each (revolver and semi-automatic) at a distance of 21 feet to pass this course.

Classes are usually held on Saturdays and/or Sundays but occasionally we offer classes during the week. By law, 8 hours of class time is required to obtain your CCW. This does not include range time.

All Missouri CCW classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays

All Kansas CCH classes are only held on Sundays

(Class starts at 8:00am - 6:00pm)

Every students with a passing grade (easier than you think) will receive verification forms indicating that the student has completed the state required 8 hours class time and given a passing grade on ALL tests including firing range qualification.

Missouri Students:

Will be issued a "Certificate of Completion" and the "Missouri State Form"

Your County Sheriff's Department will require payment during the time of fingerprinting and application submission (Will not exceed $100.00).

Check your Sheriff's Department's website for payment specifics.

(The County Sheriff's you will need to contact is located in the County in which you live)

Do Not Call 911 for this!

Allow 45 days for application approval or denial

Upon approval, you must return to the Sheriff's Department with a photo ID to pick up your CCW endorsement.

Within 7 day, have your CCW endorsement applied to an ID card issued by the Department of Revenue ($11.00)

Always carry this ID card when you are in possession of a concealed firearm!

Upon Denial, you local Sheriff's Department will contact you and let you know why and what can be done, if anything, to reverse their decision

Kansas Students:

Will be issued a "Kansas Certificate of Completion" and "CCH acknowledgment form / training materials receipt"

Your County Sheriff will require payment during the time of fingerprinting and application submission.

Your CCH application can be found in the information handed out in class or on the Kansas Attorney Generals website, under"CCH applications"

This application MUST be filled out in it's entirety with a recent passport photo affixed to it before submission.

Check your Sheriff's Department website to see when they will be accepting new applicants.

The fee is $100.00 for the Kansas Attorney General and $32.50 to the Sheriff's Department.

(Kansas Attorney General's Office states, "Personal checks are not accepted")

Upon approval, an ID card will be created for you.

Upon denial, you will be informed of the reason and what can be done, if anything, to have their decision reversed

All Class materials will be provided at the time class begins.

Certificates and Forms will be issues at the end of class to passing students only.

What to bring to class:

Government issued photo I.D.
Payment for class.
If you wish to qualify with your own guns, bring at least 140 rounds of ammo for them (MO only). Leave all weapons and ammo in your vehicle until range qualifications begins.
Money for lunch or a sack lunch.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
